TERMS & CONDITIONS
A deposit of £50 must be paid to secure the booking. It is required for all styling sessions.
The initial consultation is free of charge and does not require any commitment from you.
A deposit must be paid to secure any styling session and to allow the stylist to start all the work.
Full payment for all styling sessions must be paid not later than the stylist appointment. If payments are made in instalments they will start on the day agreed with the client and they will be made for three consecutive months.
Payments for the clothes must be paid when client confirms their purchase from the stylist and takes them with themselves.
I AM the Brand purchase the clothes for sessions only up to £1500. If the client requires a wardrobe over this amount the purchases must be made by the client before the session.
I AM the Brand do not take any commission from the purchased items neither do we put any mark ups on the purchased products. All prices are confirmed to the clients as a form of the original receipt.
Cancelations & Refunds
Deposits are non refundable as they are paid only when a session date is set. You can reschedule your session up to three times within a year.
Refunds are applicable for matters beyond your control (Death or serious Injury) supporting evidence may be requested
